Group Classes
Saturday 9 - 10:30 am EST , $15 / class
Classes will include standing poses (for mobility and strength), seated poses (for a healthy back, poise and reflection), forward bends (for calming), twists (for flexibility and rejuvenation of the abdominal organs), backbends (for a healthy back, strength and vitality), inversions (for circulation, stress reduction and revitalization of the whole body) and restorative poses (breathing awareness and deep relaxation for energy and renewal).
